How the program works:
At each appointment your oral hygiene will be checked. A point will be awarded for each of the following:
• Good or excellent oral hygiene
• Wearing Martin apparel
• Wearing Martin apparel
• No breakage of your orthodontic appliance
If you have taken good care of your teeth based on these criteria then you will receive points for that day’s checkup. Each time you have a good checkup, you will receive another point and when you have accumulated enough, you may cash in your points for the gift card of your choice. Please see the list below for details.

Each point is equivalent to ONE dollar towards a gift card.
